UFH PROJECT – BESPOKE NEW BUILD

LOCATION – BOWDON CHESHIRE

Building Construction : Four storey new build over four floor with pool, gym and retractable dance floor over pool.

Underfloor heating system : Pipe and staples with sand and cement screed, foiled polystyrene fitted in gym next to pool.

One of the biggest installations ever undertaken by MWG, a large percentage of the house was completed using pipe and staples system with sand and cement screed. The most difficult aspect of the project was designing and installing a foiled polystyrene system in between steel joists which was required to accommodate a steel retractable floor.
