Building Construction : Three storey build, including basement with pool

Underfloor heating system : Insulation, pipework and staples. Covered with a 60mm liquid screed.

A recent project involved designing and installing a complete system – including insulation, underfloor heating and screed for a bespoke luxury new build in Bowdon Cheshire. The builder and client’s specification included an intelligent control system, which could be accessed from a central touchpad. We incorporated a Heatmiser control package which works seamlessly with our underfloor heating manifolds, giving a high tech solution for the client.
